About the role

This position is responsible for implementing best practice models, patient care delivery systems, and practice standards in one or more locations. The role involves investigating and resolving patient concerns, collaborating with healthcare providers, monitoring resource needs, and fostering a safe environment for patients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others and builds collaborative relationships

• Manages improvements to patient-centered operations and technology processes, defines issues, and oversees development of goals and priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and minimum three years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or a directly related field
• Minimum two years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
• Minimum two years of customer or member/patient service experience
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (Maryland) within 6 months of hire and Registered Nurse License (Virginia) within 6 months of hire, or Compact License: Registered Nurse within 6 months of hire

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in a business, nursing, healthcare, or directly related field and Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Two years of project/program management and/or implementation-related experience

Pay

The posted pay range is $146,000 - $168,300 per year, based on possible base salaries for the role and does not reflect the full value of the total rewards package.

Schedule

Scheduled weekly hours: 40, shift: day, workdays: Monday to Friday, working hours start: 8:00 AM, working hours end: 5:00 PM, job schedule: full-time.
