Nurse Manager - Home Infusion

As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete and review clinical paperwork to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
• Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
• Affords assistance in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
