About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead our Assistive Care team in Livingston, NJ. In this Registered Nurse leadership role, you will help ensure clients receive exceptional care at home while supporting and developing a high-performing team of caregivers and field staff.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers, including HHAs, CNAs, and field staff
• Oversee client services from onboarding through ongoing care delivery and service follow-up
• Support care plan development and help ensure services align with client needs
• Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and routine service check-ins
• Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to deliver a high level of client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement efforts
• Model The BAYADA Way and help build a positive, mission-driven, team-oriented culture
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and office partners
• Help drive strong service delivery, employee support, and operational excellence

Required

• Active New Jersey RN license
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or a service-based setting
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
• Knowledge of private pay home care
• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as an RN in community-based care, home care, or client service environments
