RN Nurse Manager, Home Care
Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
Provide clinical oversight for assistive care clients throughout the community
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications
Active RN license
2+ years of RN experience
Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required

Competitive compensation package: Salary range: $90,000- $95,000 / year depending on qualifications

About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Care Nurse Manager to lead our Assistive Care office in East Brunswick, NJ. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, and direct client impact across Middlesex and Somerset counties.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay
$90,000- $95,000 annually
