Nurse Manager for Assisted Living Unit

Job Summary

This position will ensure that the health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The manager will also ensure compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. Working cooperatively with the Healthcare Administrator, the manager supervises the delivery of services provided to the residents and supervises staff.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and licensed with the State of Washington as a RN or LPN and maintain a current and unrestricted licensure (RN license preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience.

Other Specialized Knowledge and Abilities

• Skilled and sensitive in working with assisted living residents.
• Effective communication with supervisees, residents, family members, and the Health Services Administrator.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
• Availability for irregular hours, occasional weekends, and evenings; on‑call as needed.

Pay

$120,000 + DOE. Exempt/Salary.

Schedule

Flex schedule – Monday to Friday, with some nights and weekends.
