About the role
Oversee daily operations of a 19-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, leading a team of 65 staff and collaborating with top physicians.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care by integrating clinical, human resource, and financial data
- Promote evidence-based practice
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical supervision
- Support staff development

Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent required; Master’s in Nursing preferred
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina with possible eNLC eligibility
- Certification in specialty area within one year
- BLS required
- Minimum of five years recent nursing experience with two years in clinical leadership preferred
