Nurse Manager - Clinical Education - RN

Role: Manager of Clinical and Patient Education responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating education programs and computer applications related to nursing and clinical allied health staff practice. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT, informatics nurses, physicians, and academic institutions to address education needs and ensure effective communication.Apply adult learning principles, systems design, and knowledge of growth and development to deliver age-appropriate patient care education.Support leadership through staff development, community involvement, committee participation, and research activities. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in nursing; Bachelor's or Master’s in nursing required.Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of managerial or nurse education experience.Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and computer skills; experience with information systems preferred.Current nursing licensure required.
