Manager Clinical Education RN - Clinical Nursing Ed
About the Role
As the Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you will design and drive educational programs that strengthen clinical competency across a diverse team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership — including physicians and practice managers — on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice, directly shaping the quality of care delivered across our clinics.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement educational programs to enhance clinical competency.
- Advise clinic leadership on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice.
- Support the growth and development of registered nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a Master’s program within 6 months of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 2 years of management experience.
- 5 years of experience in a related nursing field.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSN in Nursing Education or Leadership.
- Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Nursing Certification relevant to ambulatory nursing upon hire.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $68.01 - $107.35 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
