About the Role

Oversee the Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical units, providing leadership in clinical operations, staff performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Manage staff and support operational and financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); graduate degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience in acute care (preferred).
• Certification in area of practice (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, safety, infection control, budgeting, staffing, and change management.
