About the role
The Nurse Manager provides daily leadership and oversight of all clinical operations within the ambulatory surgery center (ASC). This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, efficient clinical workflow, and positive team culture across Pre-Op, OR, PACU, Lasers/PAT, and SPD.
Responsibilities
- Ensures high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Serves as the clinical voice in operational planning, patient-care protocols, compliance, and quality improvement.
- Directly supervises all clinical staff.
- Manages complex clinical workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizes equipment, instruments, and supplies for cases according to patient needs and physician preference cards.
- Manages credentialing, compliance, and accreditation processes.
- Manages clinical staff, including providing coverage when necessary for Pre-Op, OR, PACU, Lasers/PAT, and SPD.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado; current BSN license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of ambulatory surgery clinical experience as a registered nurse; 2+ years of clinical leadership, charge nurse, or management experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience working with CMS, CDPHE, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards (ACHC or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong intravenous (IV) skills and familiarity with perioperative protocols preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
