About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned units or shifts.
- Ensuring completion of patient care activities and proper staffing.
- Assigning nursing personnel and identifying staff training needs.
- Providing leadership to promote compassionate, tailored patient care.
- Celebrating patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure per state requirements.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred or obtainable within designated timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including two recent years in inpatient hospital settings.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, with responsibilities for staff oversight and accountability.
