About the Role

Oversees a 28-bed Medical-Surgical unit, focusing on patient care, staff leadership, and operational excellence. Manages clinical, financial, human, and material resources while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and compassionate care. Promotes staff development and retention through effective communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Leadership skills and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and commitment to quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
