Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality and compassionate patient care.
- Coordinate and collaborate as a strategic partner to enhance healthcare delivery and workplace culture.
- Advocate for patients and develop staff to improve customer service and patient outcomes.
- Uphold and promote AHF’s core Values and Mission in all actions and decisions.
- Manage budgets, emergency response, and crisis management effectively.
- Integrate technology into nursing practices and ensure ethical decision-making.
- Work within a collaborative organizational structure, reporting to multiple leaders as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN License.
- Current CPR certification.
