The RN Manager provides high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. The RN Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinating/collaborating as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that provide excellent customer service to patients
• Be a passionate advocate for top initiatives
• Ensure that AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind
• Adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
• Work as part of a close-knit team to effectively manage budgets
• Oversee emergency response and crisis management
• Manage technology integration
• Ensure ethical decision making

Qualifications

• FL RN License
• CPR certification
