• Be a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that will provide excellent customer service to our patients

• Adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees
• Work as a part of a close knit team to effectively manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration, and ensure there is ethical decision making
