• Administer medications and treatments per care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, and healthcare partners

Requirements

• Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License
• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience
• Compassionate nature with a strong work ethic
• Collaborative spirit
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
