Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients with complex medical needs.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for medication administration and treatment plans.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including day and overnight.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in electronic charting systems.
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.

Pay

• $30-35/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available.
• Varying shift options including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
• No weekend requirement.

What You Need
