Nurse - LPN

Responsibilities

• Affords direct care to the patients in the facility.
• Oversees the nurse aides providing care to the patients.
• Maintains and promotes high-quality care delivery on the nursing care units.
• Satisfies the needs of the residents, resident families, and nurse aides throughout the care process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• Maintains licensure and CPR certification.
• Desires to work with elderly individuals and enjoys interacting with residents, staff, and families.
• Possesses good organizational skills and follows up on patient situations as necessary.
