Facility Overview

The facility is currently hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions for NIGHT SHIFT.

About the Role

This position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and oversees the nurse aides. It ensures and promotes excellent care delivery on the nursing care units, meeting the needs of the residents, their families, and the nursing aides.

Responsibilities

• Affords direct nursing care to the patients
• Executes administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
• Supervises and assumes responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse aides, monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures
• Administers medication and treatment according to the Physician's orders specific to the patient
• Instructs and observes the implementation of care based on the physician/clinician or standard of practice
• Aids and directs the admission/discharge process of patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and holds a current license in the state of practice
• Maintains licensure and CPR certification
• Desires to work with the elderly and enjoys interacting with residents, staff, and families
• Possesses good organizational skills and follows up when patient situations require attention

Pay

Hourly base rates range from $28.00 to $32.00, based on LPN credentials. Additional shift differentials are offered for evening and weekend shifts.
