The Case Control Center at Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves handling inbound telephone calls related to medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Candidates must be available to work five days a week, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed intake calls with prospective clients.
  • Vet and assess medical malpractice and nursing home claims.
  • Gather and document medical and factual information with accuracy.
  • Support key aspects of the legal intake process.
  • Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Enter and maintain detailed client information in internal systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working on the phone for extended periods.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a calm, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
