About the role
The Nurse Injector (NP) is responsible for providing advanced injectable treatments while serving as a trusted clinical expert for NEOSkin patients. This role blends medical expertise, aesthetic judgment, and patient education to ensure safe, customized, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers in accordance with NEOSkin clinical protocols
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review, facial assessment, and treatment planning
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Prescribe and manage treatments within NP scope of practice
- Accurately document all treatments, plans, and follow-up care
- Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans focused on natural, long-term results
- Manage post-treatment follow-ups and ongoing care
- Support patient retention through thoughtful rebooking and long-term aesthetic planning
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on operational initiatives and best practices
- Participate in vendor trainings, internal education, and continuing education opportunities
- Support clinical meetings, quality initiatives, and practice growth
- Uphold OSHA, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all patient interactions
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting
- Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong clinical judgment and aesthetic eye
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Collaborative, professional, and patient-centered approach to care
