We are seeking someone who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, patient safety, and achieving beautiful, natural-looking results. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and interested in building long-term relationships with clients while growing with our practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plansAdminister Botox/Xeomin and other neuromodulator treatmentsPerform dermal filler injectionsEducate clients regarding treatment options, expected results, risks, and aftercareComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationMaintain appropriate before-and-after photography and treatment recordsFollow all medical protocols, infection-control standards, and safety proceduresRecognize and appropriately manage potential complicationsProvide excellent patient service and follow-up careHelp develop and maintain a loyal aesthetic patient baseCollaborate with our medical director, aestheticians, and other members of the Skincredible teamParticipate in training, continuing education, special events, and practice growth initiatives Qualifications Current Kansas RN or APRN license in good standingPrevious aesthetic injection experience strongly preferredTraining and experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers preferredStrong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safetyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and commitment to exceptional patient careAbility to educate patients without using high-pressure sales techniquesInterest in aesthetic medicine and continued professional development What We Offer Skincredible is a physician-led medical spa with a strong emphasis on patient safety, evidence-based aesthetic medicine, education, and natural-looking results.
