Job Responsibilities and Expectations
- Provide patients with complete consultation
- Ability to discuss with patients management plan
- Medical history and physical exam to determine candidacy for injectable treatments
- Documentation of medical history and physical exam in secure EMR
- Documentation of all communication with patients related to medical procedures
- Proper consent for procedures
- Ability to formulate an aesthetic treatment plan
- Identify and manage filler related adverse events and contraindications to procedures
- Ability to handle basic medical emergencies in office setting
- Self-learning
- Ability to attend off-site trainings
- Injectable inventory, ordering and waste prevention
- Assist in creation of safety protocols
- Assist in creation and organization of training schedule
- At advanced level, assist in training future RN injectors
- Cultivate a loyal patient following
- Participate in company marketing
- Follow office policy and protocol for injectables
- Collaborate with other staff nurse injectors to advance self and others in knowledge base
Requirements
- At least 3 year experience in cosmetic injections
- Must possess high level of professionalism and drive
- Independent and clear decision-making abilities
- Willingness to self-promote
- Eager nature to soft sell and educate on products
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with skincare and soft sales
- Ability to build relationships with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
