As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities
- Apply the nursing process to direct patient care through assessment, analysis of collected data, development of a plan of care, and implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Provide adequate information and instruction to the patient, family, and significant others.
- Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs.
- Analyze assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team.
- Administer medication.
- Ensure patient and staff safety.
Requirements
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
- NRP certification (within 6 months of hire)
- ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year of RN experience or current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Preferred: Family Birth Place experience

$55.34 - $77.32 per hour
