Nurse Extern - Float Pool

Role: Nurse Extern in a PRN Float Pool, supporting Registered Nurses across various units. Responsibilities: Assist with vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and patient transport.Support with basic procedures and accurately document care in the EMR.Provide care in orthopedics, surgical, medical-surgical, and emergency settings under supervision.Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Current nursing student or recent graduate with foundational clinical knowledge.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow instructions and document accurately.Commitment to safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.Adaptability to working in diverse clinical settings.
