About the Role

Provides a valuable hands-on experience to explore the RN role, supporting patient care and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, vital signs, mobility, and patient comfort
• Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound and catheter care, specimen collection
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
• Engage in learning opportunities and collaborate with supervisors for professional growth

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• No prior experience required
