Nurse Extern – Float Pool

Role: Nurse Extern PRN Float Pool Responsibilities Support RNs across multiple hospital units, gaining broad clinical exposure.Assist with basic nursing procedures, such as obtaining vital signs and documenting in the EMR.Support patient admission and discharge processes.Respond to patient needs under RN supervision.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.Follow safety and infection-control protocols.Uphold a culture of excellence, compassion, and community-focused care.
