As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and record data related to patient's biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability.
• Analyze assessment findings and test results to plan timely and effective nursing interventions.
• Implement an age-appropriate plan of care.
• Document and utilize patient data to measure progress toward patient outcomes and goals.
• Document care given in a complete and timely manner.

Requirements

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• ENPC certification within 6 months of hire
• TNCC certification within 12 months of hire
• 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours of Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS, and ACLS.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing

$55.34 - $77.32 per hour
