About the Role
A clinical practitioner with advanced nursing skills focused on education and training for nurses and Patient Care Services employees.
Responsibilities
- Assess training needs, design and facilitate educational programs for nurses.
- Support onboarding of Patient Care Services employees.
- Collaborate with departments to identify competency requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop curricula.
- Facilitate training sessions, provide feedback, and enhance delivery quality.
- Promote a collaborative, high-quality care environment and foster a culture of inquiry and excellence in clinical nursing.
- Participate in Shared Governance and support a healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Additional certifications may be required upon hire.
