Nurse Educator (RN) - Critical Care - Full Time

About the role

The Nurse Educator is a clinical expert responsible for designing, facilitating, and assessing nursing education programs. They collaborate with departments to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training to ensure competency and ongoing professional development. The Nurse Educator oversees onboarding for new Patient Care Services employees and actively participates in Shared Governance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
• Additional certifications may be required upon hire
