Nurse Educator (RN) - Critical Care - Full Time

Role: The Nurse Educator is a clinical expert responsible for designing, facilitating, and assessing nursing education programs. They collaborate with departments to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training to ensure competency and ongoing professional development. The Nurse Educator oversees onboarding for new Patient Care Services employees and actively participates in Shared Governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conducts educational assessments, plans annual training programs, facilitates courses, provides trainee feedback, and promotes a collaborative, quality-driven work environment. Ensures excellent care delivery through education and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. Additional certifications may be required upon hire.
