About the role
RMH Reynolds Memorial Hospital, part of West Virginia University Health System, seeks a dedicated individual to join our nursing education and training department. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing students and staff.
- Educate nursing students on clinical skills and patient care techniques.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty members to refine curriculum and teaching methods.
- Conduct regular evaluations of educational materials and resources.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia.
- Experience in nursing education or related healthcare field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of nursing theories and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $X - $Y per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position is exempt and works a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday.
