Nurse Educator - Regional Nursing Orientation

About the role

This is a full time, day shift, exempt position, offering flexible scheduling options. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, day shift. This is NOT a virtual (remote) position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, coordination and administration of nursing orientation and new hire competency assessment.
• Authoring, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and competency assessment activities on a regional basis and across the care continuum.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
• Nursing
• Master's Degree in Master Program enrollment
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years Experience in nursing education or leadership.
• 5 years Experience in acute care nursing.

Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
