Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs
- Facilitate competency assessments
- Design educational activities to address practice gaps
- Promote evidence-based practice and research
- Identify opportunities for skill development across staff levels
- Support lifelong learning initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in clinical education or acute care
- Certification and experience in specialty areas are preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% is required
