The Clinical Educator is a registered nurse specializing in education, responsible for advancing the professional growth and competency of nurses across various settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant, and researcher to develop bedside nurses
• Promote evidence-based practice and support clinical excellence
• Develop educational programs, resources, and support transitions into practice and specialty areas
• Contribute to positive clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required)
• Master's Degree in Nursing or active enrollment in a program with projected completion within 18 months
• Washington RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a specialty area

Skills
