About the Role

Clinical Nurse Educator for ICU, PCU, and Open Heart units, responsible for developing and delivering education programs that support onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development of nursing and allied health staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers education programs for onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development of nursing and allied health staff.
• Collaborates with department leaders to identify educational needs using assessments and quality data.
• Supports clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN required.
• At least five years of acute or clinical experience.
• Certification in specialty area within one year of hire.
• Pursuing a master's degree within three years of hire.

Qualifications

Preference for certified specialists in the relevant clinical areas.
