Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise and role modeling for ED nursing staff
- Orient new staff members and support their integration
- Apply research to enhance clinical practice
- Lead staff development initiatives to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of acute care ED RN experience
- Valid NY RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
- Leadership or education experience is advantageous
