About the role
Nurse Educator - Clinical Education at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland WA. Under the general direction of the Manager, Clinical Education, remains responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of staff orientation, competencies, and education in the department; Acts as a resource for provider, patient, and family education; and supports and demonstrates the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement staff orientation, competencies, and education in the department.
- Act as a resource for provider, patient, and family education.
- Support and demonstrate the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree or in progress (to be completed within 5 years from date of hire into the position), from an accredited educational institution.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 2 years Recent experience in area of specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accredited educational institution.
