Role: Licensed Nurse Educator responsible for delivering patient education on medication management and treatment adherence via remote channels and occasional in-person visits. Responsibilities: Provide remote education through telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging; conduct in-person home visits during coverage gaps; maintain accurate documentation; connect patients with resources; facilitate communication with healthcare providers; participate in professional development and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferredBachelor's degree; BSN preferredAt least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settingsProficiency with virtual platforms, documentation systems, MS Office, and iPad technologyValid driver's license with acceptable recordBilingual English/Spanish preferredPrivate home workspace required Additional Requirements: Reside locally, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be available for weekend and evening schedules with up to 50% travel.
