About the Role
Skyview Rehab and Nursing, a 97-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking an energetic RN for their Nurse Educator position. This team-oriented role focuses on the education of all employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct orientation sessions for all new nursing and general employees.
- Maintain training programs for the nursing department and collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of need or interest for presentations.
- Plan, schedule, and post a monthly calendar of education programs.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings.
- On-call rotation.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule/hours in a management role.
