Essential Duties
- Assist the CNO by actively participating in the development of new nursing programs, including defining program goals, selecting interventions, and creating program structure and protocols
- Develops orientation and educational goals and objectives set forth by the CEO and Director of Compliance to accomplish missions within the established parameters, goals and objectives
- Reviews and updates new hire training to ensure clinical staff are prepared to work independently
- Training and supervising other nursing staff on program implementation, ensuring fidelity to the program design and quality of care
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor patient progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements
- Education and/or Licensure: Bachelor's degree required. Licensed RN authorized to practice in the State of Texas. CPR and SAMA (or obtained within 30 days upon hire).
- Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible full-time positions as a licensed RN. Three (3) years of acute psychiatric care experience desired. Must be 21 years old or older.
