What you'll be doing

• The position will be the lead for Education and Training.
• The role is intended to work collaboratively in supporting the delivery of quality teaching and learning within the multidisciplinary workforce.
• The role includes the facilitation of site-based Orientation and Induction processes, Mandatory Training, and supporting and coordinating Student Nurse Placement across the site.
• The implementation of strategic training initiatives in collaboration with clinical Nurse Educators.

Candidates must meet the following criteria

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
• Holds post-registration nursing clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area in which they are to be appointed.
• Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team with a variety of multidisciplinary stakeholders.
