We must ensure no extra sections like Skills. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed "Why Join Providence?" and "About Providence" etc. However we might have lost some substantive info from "About Providence" and "About The Team". The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all substantive info from the posting. The "About Providence" and "About The Team" sections contain substantive info about the organization, its mission, size, locations, etc. Are those considered substantive? Likely yes. The instruction says to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where could we put it? Possibly under "About the role" we already have some culture description. But the "About Providence" and "About The Team" contain details about the organization: mission, size, locations, services, history, etc. That is substantive. We should include them, maybe under a new section like "About Providence" but the allowed headings list does not include "About Providence". However we could incorporate that info into "About the role" or maybe create a section "About the organization" but not allowed. The instruction says: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not an exhaustive list? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those headings. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we could embed the "About Providence" and "About The Team" info into the "About the role" section as prose. That would preserve it. Let's do that: extend the About the role paragraph to include the organization details.
Thus About the role will contain: description of role, plus Providence mission, culture, size, locations, history, services, etc. We'll need to incorporate all that info.
Let's extract the relevant substantive info from the posting:
From "Why Join Providence?" and "About Providence" and "About The Team":
