Nurse Educator

Role: Licensed Nurse Educator responsible for delivering remote and occasional in-person patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence. This non-clinical position supports patients through various communication channels while ensuring compliance with program protocols and educational standards. Key Responsibilities Provide remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.Conduct in-person education and home visits during territory coverage and vacancy periods.Maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and track KPIs and compliance metrics.Connect patients with program-approved resources and facilitate provider-patient communication.Collaborate with District Managers on training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.At least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.Proficiency with virtual platforms, MS Office, iPad, and documentation systems.Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.Private home workspace and ability to travel up to 50%.
