Nurse Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational support and medication training to patients with chronic diseases.
• Utilize virtual communication methods and provide in-person support when needed.
• Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and medication management.

Requirements

• Active RN license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
