Nurse Educator

Role: Flex Nurse Educator supporting patient education and engagement through remote and in-field coverage. Responsibilities: Deliver medication and disease management education via telehealth platforms; support patients during territory vacancies with in-person visits; facilitate connections to resources and promote communication between patients and healthcare providers; maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards. Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and mentor new staff. Support patient adherence, address access barriers, and foster behavioral change for better health outcomes. Engage in professional development and quality initiatives while meeting program targets. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license (multi-state preferred) and Bachelor's degree.Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Proficiency in virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.Private home workspace required. Preferred: Nurse educator background, bilingual in English/Spanish, BSN preferred. Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential.
