Pay: $3,939.00 per weekJob description:RN Nurse Educator (Med-Surg/Telemetry or PCU) Acute Care SettingUp to $3,939/Week | Up to $91/Hour Local Rate | Days (Mon-Fri)Health Advocates Network is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Educator to support clinical excellence and staff development within a Med-Surg/Telemetry or PCU acute care setting.What You'll DoLead staff education, onboarding, competency validation, and professional development initiatives.Serve as an educator, consultant, and clinical resource to support safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care.Facilitate learning across multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ensure alignment with evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, quality measures, and patient safety goals.Mentor and support nursing staff while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.RequirementsActive NJ or Compact RN LicenseMSN Required5+ years of recent RN experience, 2+ of recent RN Educator experienceMed-Surg/Telemetry and/or PCU Educator experienceLevel I or Level II Trauma background in a large University/acute care settingCurrent BLS CertificationAssignment Details13-week contractDay shifts, Monday-Friday (8a-4p)Potential for permanent placementImmediate start availableBenefitsCompetitive payMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceTravel reimbursement and per diem (where applicable)Referral bonusesContinuing education opportunities
