Nurse Clinical Care Lead, 8 Tower PCU, Full Time, Night Shift

About the role

Provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Carefully utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation).
• Carefully coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN with expectation of BSN (to start education within 1 year of hire).
• BLS certified.
• AACLIS within 1 year if applicable for area assigned.
• NIHHS Certificate within 1 year if applicable for area assigned.
• Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire if applicable for area assigned.
