Nurse Clinical Care Lead, 7 Tower, Full Time, First Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care.
• Assists Director with defined charge nurse duties.
• Works coordinating and delegating the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Recent clinical experience required.
• Experience as a charge nurse required.
• Possesses leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates clinical competency in specialty.
• BSN required or must obtain within two years of hire.
