Job Summary and Responsibilities
You will be a vital member of a high-performing team, delivering critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care
- Anticipate needs and adapt to changing conditions
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team
- Proactively learn and adapt to new cardiac interventions, technologies, and best practices
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment
- Exhibit precision and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care
- Demonstrate emotional strength and genuine empathy for patients and families during challenging times
- Take ownership of responsibilities and engage in problem-solving and quality improvement
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse (AZ or Compact)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
- PREFERRED: Bachelors degree
- One year recent acute care experience
