Responsibilities

• Provide medical case management for youth in residential care
• Conduct health screenings, education, and counseling

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate of Science in Nursing
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents (preferred)
